Why now
The decision is still yours to make.
78%of people who use AI at work bring their own tools, whether the company approved them or not.Microsoft and LinkedIn, 2024 Work Trend Index, 31,000 workers in 31 markets. Source

Chances are your team is already using AI, with or without a policy, and your competitors are trying it too. What most companies haven't done is step back and decide where AI fits in their business, including what it should take on, what it shouldn't touch and who is in charge of it. At AIXE, we work through those decisions with you, using your own company as the example.

The two days

Every session ends with work on your own company.

Each session covers one decision, and the lab that follows is where you make it for your business, with the hosts and the other CEOs around the table. By the end of day two, your plan is written.

Session leads

Led by people who have done it.

Every session is run by someone who has put AI to work inside a real company.

The studio operator

He leads an AI studio inside one of the largest entertainment companies in the world.

Before that he ran a major streaming service's U.S. business and led digital product at a broadcast network, where his team put the first full TV episodes online and on the iPad.

Hosts

A note from the hosts.

Every founder we know is being asked the same question, by their board, their team and themselves: what are we doing about AI? Most of the help on offer is a conference with two thousand people in it or a consultant with a slide deck.

We wanted something we would pay for ourselves: a small group of people who run companies like ours, two days spent on our own businesses, and a plan on paper before we left. And a good dinner, because some of the best thinking happens at the table.

Questions

What people ask first.

Is this a course?
No. You spend the two days working on your own company, with short sessions that set up each step. You don't need to know how to code.
What do I actually go home with?
A written plan: where AI pays in your business, the order of moves, build or buy, who to hire, the rules you run it under, and a 90-day sequence your team can start on. It's finished before you leave.
Who else will be there?
Founder-CEOs of companies from $10M to well past $100M in revenue. We choose the first group by hand and keep it small. We don't publish the list, but we'll tell you who is in the room before you commit.
When and where?
Late March 2027, two days and two nights, a short drive from Los Angeles. We'll confirm the venue with the first group. If March doesn't work, you can apply for a later cohort.
What does it cost?
$10,000 a seat for the founding group. That covers both days, both nights and all meals.
How do I get a seat?
Apply. We read every application ourselves and reply to all of them. If it looks like a fit, we'll set up a call.
Do I need to prepare?
A little, and we do it with you. Before the two days we go through your business together, so the first session starts with your situation instead of a blank page.
